Sipgate Trunk - supported in Germany but not UK

I am curious why Sipgate are a supported trunk provider in Germany, but not in the UK. I've been using Sipgate in the UK for around 6 months with the generic trunk template and it seems to be very stable, but I would prefer to be "supported".

It could be more of a commercial than technical reason, I have used SIPGate UK myself with 3CX and found the service good.

There are plenty of supported trunks to choose from however, but as you say just use a generic trunk and you will be fine: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/
