Sipstation trunks

I am in the process of switching to 3CX from Asterisk/FreePBX. I have trunks and DID's from Sipstation.com. The trunks they sale are from bandwidth.com. I would like to use these trunks and DID's on 3CX. I found the VoIP Provider template for Bandwidth.com on the 3CX website but it asks for an external number not just a sip user name and password. has anyone gotten sipstation trunks and did's to work with 3CX?

for the external number just enter the 10 digit telephone number for the trunk. if you have multi then just enter the main number.

Pretty sure bandwidth.com trunks require a leading + in order to dial out properly and incoming signaling also contains the +.

This is how our Trixbox is setup on 10 bandwidth trunk, but the setup predates me.
