I found an open source Tapi driver for outlook that works with 3cx.

I don't know if this has any issues with 3cx, but I made a couple test calls and seems ok. There was no ringing when you call though, you just hear silence until the other party picks up.

I cannot wait for version 4, so need to install tapi now. I have downloaded the above driver but i cannot see what to do with it, all i get is one tsp file. Does anyone know how to install/integrate?
