SIPTrunk.com is classified as "Supported with limitations". What are those limitations?

Running V20 with SIPTrunk.com trunks and everything is going well so far.

I noticed that 3CX classifies SIPTrunk.com as "Supported with limitations" and I would like to understand what those limitations are. Can someone point me to documentation or explain to me what the limitations are?

To cover all the bases, I asked SIPTrunk.com support the same question. I'll post answers received in both places for everyone's benefit.

Sorry for being dense, but I want to make sure I understand: Are you saying the limitation is "SIPTrunk.com trunks are not supported universally on ALL 3CX platforms, but only on Dedicated Servers including 3CX Hosted and 3CX On Premises installations"?

Since the subject system is 3CX Hosted, that would mean SIPTrunk.com trunks are fully supported on that platform - correct?

Yes indeed, if you are using 3CX hosted, all is fine. No limitations in your case.

The SMB version has more requirements because its a multi tenant platform - SIPtrunk.com does not meet these requirements yet (in regards to rinstance). Then you can use Flowroute (sister company of SIPtrunk)
