Good morning, I am trying to reach my site companyname.my3cx.it but it in not availble. Can you please help me to understand what the issue is? Thanks

When you ping the FQDN does it resolve to the correct IP?
Are you using a support web browser? Try a private session in Chrome.

Are you using https://<FQDN>:5001 (default port) to access it?

Are you able to acccess the URL from the same network the PBX is on?
