Hi, We have an integration with the Hubspot CRM, which is all working well, but I have now been asked to limit the Contact Creation and Call Journaling so it only happens for a small subset of our extensions. Searching here, and the various documents, it looks like I can use SkipIf to achieve that, but I can't find anywhere the syntax to use for the SkipIf directive.
Please could someone show me an example of how to reject based on either Agent or destination number?
Many Thanks.

The contact creation happens during contact lookup, when no contact matches the caller's number. In that case, you only have the caller's number in the [Number] variable. At this point you don't know to which extension the call will go, because this happens as soon as the call arrives to 3CX, even before it's routed internally.

During call journaling you have the [Agent] variable which contains the number of the extension that makes or receives the call.

If you want to change the standard template, you will need to edit the XML. Here you have the documentation of the SkipIf attribute:

That's great, thanks for your help.
