SKYPE 3CX Gateway - failed to forward the call when contacting skype in number. call just loop back to digital reception of 3cx.
When I call skype1 account I can successfully passed thru in our 3CX system then dial the local extension number i wish to. But I have encountered a problem when I call the skype-in number of skype1 account then dial the extension number, the call just loop back to digital reception of 3CX. Is this a bug from 3CX?
