Skype Out rule for landlines only

Is there an option to import all country/city codes supported by skype monthly subscription?
I want to restrict skype gateway usage to landlines only. Entering all these by hand would take me 1/2 year :cry:

This is a highly Skype-related question - they have a very good (in my opinion) forum, http://forum.skype.com/ , so I recommend you to ask there for a proper answer. Personally, I've got there very good answers during gateway developing.

Well, I think I found an easier way to do it. In case someone needs it:
Create rule for the country /mobile and premium numbers and another one for the country (all numbers) and move the mobiles on top... It works
