Skype Outbound Calls Problem

Hi to all,

I'm new here and I'm trying to configure a simple VoIP system for my house.
I've got a Linksys 942 that i've already configured, a 3cx server with 3cx gateway for skype configured with an already existing account with an active credit of some euros.

In the 3cx server I've created the outbound roule with "0" so, on the 942 when I call 0echo123 I reach successfully the skype echo test.
So I've try to call a friend of my with the same rule 0skypecontact but the phone say to me "NetworkError"
Then I've tryed to call my phone number using the same rule 00039xxxxxxxx it says "Phone is ringing" but then after a ring it suddenly says ServerInternalError.

How can I handle this?
