Slow audio when leaving voicemail from 3cx to verizon devices

Has anyone ever seen where when leaving a voicemail from 3cx to a certain carrier (in my case to Verizon Wireless) that when leaving a voicemail your voice sounds slow and delayed real bad?

This is at the Verizon VM end? Can't recall seeing that issue crop up before. I assume that calls to the same mobile number, when answered, sound OK? May be an issue at the Verizon end. The mobile customer may want to have them look into it, if they are willing.
