Slow voicemail emails from 3CX Email Relay

Hi Folks,
We have been having reports for last few weeks of voicemail emails taking a long time to be recieved. Eg voicemail was received at 3:38am but wasn't seen by our email servers until 8:39am
This is in the UK and running latest version of 3CX.
Anyone else seeing this issue?

This would depend on the queue on the servers. You could alternatively use your own server, or MS365 server to send the emails from 3CX.

We have always used this method and it's been okay, from what I can gather, this delay isn't happening for email notifications when the voicemail is left directly to the extension, only when its left through a digital receptionist for some strange reason..
