Smartphone continues ringing

Hi,
I have two questions about the Android app.
We used the desktop app + mobile app.

1.
If a call comes in the desktop app + smartphone rings. If I now accept the call on the desktop, the smartphone continues to ring. Is this a faulty setting?

2. is there a way to select in the status whether the smartphone should ring or not?
In the office, both do not have to ring. Outside the office, however, it does.

I'm having a similar issue. I answer the call on the mobile app and smartphone continues to ring.

1. This may well indeed be a pbx setting issue. Could you kindly PM me the PBX Verbose logging? This will help to find what the issue might be. Please follow along the steps mentioned in this link.

2. We don't currently support this functionality. You can post a feature request here for our consideration.
