Trying to call to China getting this error in the call log. Server Error. We are able to call Indonesia. I checked on my provider voip.ms and China is allow for international calling. For some reason it never hit the voip.ms server. Can someone tell me how to get this working?

Using the FREE SMB hosted

call using 01186

thank you

Were you able to make other external calls?
The server error can indicate sip trunk registration as well.

Yes, making outbound call works fine. make outbound call to anywhere in the US work fine. Make call to Indonesia work fine. First time making call to China. I traced it but it never make it out of the outbound call to the sip provider voip.ms It say to contact your system administrator. please advise on how to fix this.

Did you tried now again and still the same?

Yes, just tried. this call cannot be establish, please contact administrator. On the call log
it say Server error, follow by another line no route exist..

I think this is a carrier issues. I'll contact voip.ms becuase I do see the call going into the voip.ms call log.

thank you

no error on the event log.. i'm pretty sure it is a carrier issues.. i will update you once i talk to them..

You need to check this with the provider and clarify if the calls are allowed from their side.

@Song Too many scam calls come from international numbers recent years in China. It is very likely that your number has been blocked by the Chinese operators.

seem like you are right. Here is what the carrier says..
the call to china is accepted on our end however they're being rejected by the receiving carrier. Unfortunately calls to China are not guaranteed to connect due regulations from the Chinese government regarding VOIP calls

@Song This clarify that there is no issue with the PBX therefore you need to proceed with your provider.
