Hello,
by hazard in use of a customer SMB20 instance, i discovered it was impossible to add a vocal directive ( in my case i tried to add a message for holidays). I get directive limit reach.
That SMB20 PRO has only 4 IVRS in use and this is impossible to get one more with an audio file.
on SMB there's only 6 audio files and the space used for all is 5MB.
3CX French team let me know there's a limitation for this on SMB, so it's by design.
It seems to me as the use is targetted to SMB that limitation is too severe and surely it could be a nice thing to increase it perhaps to 20 the same as the max users allowed on SMB.
As workaround, I did needed to delete USProgresstone.wav to free one position and be able to UL a customer file needed.
Thanks if in futur SMB update this could be increased.
