SMS after dealt with can't receive anymore

After having a text conversation I mark dealt with and then the client can't send any new text, what issue here?

Hi @Spencer2112,

Please note that you cannot send a new reply to a conversation that has been mark as 'Dealt with'.

After you mark a conversation 'Dealt with', if you create a new conversation towards the same number you experience the same issue?

Seems to be a Telnyx issue.. setup same with Skyetel and everything works as should.

and yes the client can send a new reply, that was the issue.
