i have a client, who is using a certain provider that gives instant missed calls alert on sms, and a notification on their cloud so they can call back.
is there a similar feature in 3cx ?

There is a missed call notification sent to the 3CX Clients and also there is option to sent an email to the extension:

It is certainly possible to write an extension to do this. We can help.

We have customers doing this via zapier. When they get an email for a missed call zapier parses the email for the missed call key words, if it matches then it triggers zapier to send an SMS via our SMS integration through zapier.
