SMS and +SMS options disappeared from the web client and app

After the upgrade to Version 18 update 6, the SMS configuration disappeared, and we had to reconfigure it on the SIP configurations.
It worked well after. In the last few days, I noticed that we could create a new SMS, only answer existing ones.

I reconfigured the SMS with telnyx as the document suggests, but still no option for a new SMS.

Did it happen to anyone else? is there a fix for this?

Make sure your routing is correct. +SMS will appear only to those who:
- are member of a ring group or queue that has a DID directly assigned (or through an IVR with Forward SMS enabed.)
- are member of an extension group that is also routed with a DID
- have a DID pointing directly to their extension
