Issue Summary:
A user encountered an issue with SMS chat on 3CX. When they tried to reply to a customer this morning, the chat closed unexpectedly from their extension. When they attempted to reclaim it, they received a message indicating the chat was taken.
Details:
The user has had a full conversation history with this customer outside of today without any issues, so this is not a new conversation from a new number/contact.
Workaround:
To resolve the issue temporarily, the user had to:

To resolve the issue temporarily, the user had to:
- Click on the triple dots at the top right.
- Go to Information > SMS.
- Choose the 8454 number again.
- Open a new thread to reply back.
