Solved SMS from SIP.US

SIP.US is my SIP Trunk and I am in the process of adding SMS options to my number through them.

In my 3CX console, I am only seeing 5 SMS providers and none of which are SIP.US. Does that mean I can't use SMS from SIP.US with 3CX? If not, what are my options aside from moving SIP providers?

That's exactly what it means.

Workaround: https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/v2/messaging/hosted-sms (Twilio also has that.)

Exactly. Voice would be SIP.US and SMS via Telnyx/Twilio.
