Hello, I have a doubt about the prices of the SMS to estimate to my customers. Is the service paid for, even if only incoming? Or is it only necessary in the answers?

I don't think 3CX charges anything additional for SMS. That's up to your VoIP provider.

I was talking about external providers, if someone has tried them and has an idea of the costs.
More than anything else to understand if they have an incoming cost too
