SMS Inbound works but not Outbound

Currently having issues with my Outbound SMS (Telnyx)

On the 3CX Side SMS says its Delivered & Seen but the receiver never actually gets the text. I created a new sip trunk and still the same issue.

Inbound works fine. Any ideas?

Disregard, looked through the Telnyx logs and stated I need register as a 10DLC Brand.
