Sms multiple line from one number (group sms)

Hi,
My question
i have phone number for all extension and i would to receive messages from same numbers same time.
so i would to send messages from my mobile phone to +123232... ext1 number, +18549.. ext2 number.
The problem is the message not listing all extension, just in the first one.
other question can i create outgoing group sms? text back same numbers?

Hi @karoly

You can receive SMS messages to multiple users at the same time by having the SMS number forwarding to a Queue. This will allow all agents of the queue to receive the message, and be able to respond.

You will need to configure the queue to manually assign the chat an agent, because once an agent picks it up, it will now be a one to one conversation.

If the chat is auto assigned to the first responding agent, the rest of the agents will not be able to see the chat and respond.

can i create outgoing group sms?

No. SMS is a one to one communication in 3CX. SMS can only be sent to one number at a time.

If a user sends an SMS to someone, that person will be responding to this one particular number and user, even if it is the number of the queue, as this user is the one that initiated the conversation.
