SMS no longer reaching endpoint / User device

Just performed an upgrade and SMS' are no longer arriving at my Users phones. I see noted:

To adjust configuration in Client Admin panel, however clients are all part of a ring groups and I see no way to include in ring group but route the SMS to their phones, assistance please w/this setup change in recent versions as was working perfectly prior.
