SMS not Showing

Hi Everyone,

The chat feature is available, but I can’t send SMS messages. When I click Compose, I only see Compose Chat and Compose Group Chat. there’s no Compose SMS option on either iOS or the web client.


The configuration looks correct, and I’m running a 3CX Multi-Tenant setup. also i am using not supported provider. Am I missing something here?

Have you enabled the SMS option in the SMS tab of your SIP Trunk configuration in the Admin Console?

Yes it's Enabled and all configurations like webhook and api keys are ok.

Is the Trunk set to the same Department as the Extension that is trying to use it for sending SMS?
