Is there a thread or blog post discussing which VoIP providers will be added to SMS down the road?

Nope. 3CX is picking the ones that are easiest to work with. If you have a particular provider you can ask them to reach out to 3CX at [email protected] . Things may have changed though with v18. I think I saw another thread where they said 3CX was going to work on exposing an API so providers could do the work to integrate with 3CX in which case they may not be working to integrate anyone else and rather are focusing on that API. If that's the cause I imagine you won't see any new providers for 2-3 months.

For the time being we are hand-picking certain providers that are most compatible with our implementation and that we generally have a good working relationship with.

In the future the list of providers may expand, but for the time being we are collecting which providers would be potentially interested.
