SMS Replies to new thread

Hey everyone

I have an interesting issue.

Using Twilio

If my user initiates a text message, then the person replies, it creates a new thread. I havent been able to figure out why.

Anyone have an idea? Gets confusing when you see the same number twice

Hey there,

Can you verify if the user marks the initial SMS as 'Dealt with' before receiving the response?

They are not marking the initial message as Dealt with.

That would still be an issue as they would worry about sending multiple text to the same person.
