Is there an option for the chat reporting to include the message in the export?

Reports for the chats are only those here :

• We used to be able to export the contents of the chat and sms conversations as a CSV file and now we cannot.
• Yes, I realize that this has been asked before and appears to have fallen on deaf ears at 3CX.
• We need to use the content of the SMS and Chat conversations to analyze them for specific questions that come up from customers.
• I have thousands of chat messages that I need to analyze and there is absolutely no way that opening each and every message individually will work.
• Can you please re-enable the export of the contents of the chats or provide some sort of API access to allow us to retrieve the bulk messages.

You can use the CRM integration's chat journaling feature for this.
