SMS routing not working

Hello guys,

started testing sms functionality with Telnyx, all seems to be working fine, however SMS routing is not working, at first I set routing (One DID) on the SIP trunk side, to deliver SMS just to one individual, recently I changed to a group or queue (tried both) but its still being delivered to that individual. Call are being routed correctly, its just SMS not working correctly (tried even set DID rule for it).

Do you have any advice how to figure this out?

Using version 18.5.

SMS will continue to route to the active conversation as long as it is not closed.

Simply login to the user's Webclient, then go to Chat and click Dealth With in the options. This will close the chat and next message will create a new conversation in the newly set destination.
