We got everything setup today and all went very well. We can send out SMS messages via the Web Console or Desktop Console to a mobile number, but if we reply from the mobile, the messages never appear to come back. We have double checked everything in the guide. Anything odd here that maybe we should be looking for? Even rebooted the system... hmmm
FYI, the TEST in the Setup on the Messaging page is successful? Is this maybe an issue with the provider (FlowRoute)?
