SMS short code

We have a sip trunk with Telnyx and we some time receive SMS from short code to which we have to reply with 1 or 2 (yes or no). They problem is that the SMS is comming from with in US but we are getting the number as +7897 instead of 7897. Due to this + before the SMS we can't reply to the conversation and we have to start a new thread. Is there any way to remove + from the incomming SMS in 3CX?

Hi!

Currently there is no way you can make Messaging to not append '+'. Generally we only have support sending from a short code, not to a short code.

Generally our Messaging service is undergoing an overhaul so this may be possible in the future, without though me being able to guarantee this at this time.
