Solved SMS Templates - v20 Hosted

Hi all, hoping someone can help.
We're integrating SMS and I need all of my users to be able to create SMS templates, not just the 'owner'.
How can I set the permissions to allow this? I don't want to give the users access to any other 'manager' functionality.

Sure, so by SMS templates I mean the templates available under the chat function when sending an SMS. So as the 'system owner', I can create categories and templates, but as a 'user' I cannot. I need to be able to allow my 'users' to create templates.

The screenshot below is from the 'system owner' login. Note I can add templates, and use the spanner to the right to edit/add categories.

Logged in as a 'user', I cannot - I can only use templates created by the system owner. I need the 'users' to be able to add templates.

Can you show me in which section of the System Owner this is configured?

I can't show you via screenshots, but to get there I log into the web interface, go to 'chat' on the left.
From chat, I click the + at the top left and choose 'Send SMS'.

I can then type the phone number for the mobile I want to SMS and click 'Start Chat'.
In the bottom right I can then click this button and it gives me the screen I added to my last post.

From there I can create categories and templates.

So i've got to make everybody at least a manager to be able to manage chat templates? There's no way of doing granular permissions?

I'm afraid there is no other option as they need to be at least Manager to have this option.
