Solved SMS to group

Hi All
I have a need for a customer that they have 3 extentions that they want to be able to SMS out and also receive a reply ( got that part working) however they all want to be able to all see the conversation thread.
Is this possible?

What you can do is add them all to a Call Queue and then route SMS messages to that Queue.

Just make sure that the Call Queue is not set to automatically assign chats:

Note: This can be set under advanced.

This because once an agent "Takes" a chat, it will no longer be visible to others, so as long as nobody takes it they should be able to see each other's conversations.

Sorry for the delay coming back to you. Is there a way to disable that completly so no one accidently takes ownership of it? I currently have it set to your screenshot
