Is there a guide to troubleshooting SMS? Especially incoming? I have SMS setup from Flowroute to go to a ring group full of folks. Nobody claims to receive my test messages and I don't see them coming in, in the Chat logs. Also saw this in the event log. (See attached pic)

Ideas?

Thank you.

I can send out from the pbx to a users cellphone.
A user cannot text from their cell to any of my users inside the pbx.

See how you're trying to send from +1910 but sending TO +910.

You're missing a 1.

ah ok so that's a slightly different issue then.

I'm trying to troubleshoot inbound text messages from people outside the pbx to people inside the pbx. They cannot receive any sms messages.

Hi @ElementalWindX the issue here is the way the number has been configured, it is not in e164.

Please check that the DIDs in your SIP Trunk are in E164 international format, the same way when sending a SMS, the destination number must be in e164 without - and spaces.

Yes I've tried it with the siptrunk having +1910mynumber as the main trunk no,

Please ensure that any previous conversations associated with the tests that you have made are closed(Dealt With).
Then check your DID's that are in the correct E164 format and try again.
