SMS via Ixica.com

It would be great if Ixica could be added as a new sms provider. Their API looks incredibly easy to consume by 3cx.

It would make my life much easier to keep everything in one place from our carrier.

Thank you for the suggestion and the documentation. Once we start reviewing SMS providers we will take IXICA under account but cannot make any promises.
