Hi There,

I'm also happy to see voip.ms SMS arrived in update 2.
I'm using 3cx hosted (https://1649.3cx.cloud/).

I'm able to receive SMS (send from voip.ms message center) but I'm to able to send SMS, reply to SMS from within 3cx (on the same trunk of course).

The error I got in the event log is :
Failed to send message(s) to the provider 'generic' from '+1514AAAAAAA' to '+1514BBBBBBB'. Exception: {"errors":[{"code":"10009","meta":{"url":"https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/overview/errors/10009"},"title":"Authentication failed","source":{"pointer":"/"},"detail":"Could not find any usable credentials in the request."}]}

Thanks !
Ber

Hi Ber.
Did you get in touch with your provider on this matter and have any feedback on the error you are facing?

This is related with provider as you need to clarify credentials for your account.

I am getting the same error. Have you find the solution?

No, as you must get in touch with your provider so they can inform you on the issue there.

Hello, I've first spoke with voip.ms support and they told me to spreak with 3CX ;-)
They have no idea what this URL is used for : https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/overview/errors/10009
Thanks !
(receive SMS on 3cx is ok, it's just sending..)

I'm using the "Free Licence" on 3cx hosted, if that can help.

 hello
OK Thanks !
(Free can use 50% of the SMS feature since i was able receive SMS, I had it working !).

@3cx team, you should disable the configuration of SMS (grey out the SMS Tab ?) or have a clearer error message for the free users.
Since SMS in 3cx, with voip.ms, is a recent feature, I guess it's one of the adjustment to the product.

I'd be happy to do more tests and provide results if 3cx would provide me an SMB license

Have a great day !
