Solved SMS won't send .com

I have a number of SMS DID's that work fine on Flowroute. I have one that works fine, send and receive, I just can't send anything with a ".com" or "dot com"

I can send just "com" or ".ca", I can't seem to find a setting that would restrict this.

I have deleted the entire extension and recreated it.

What do you mean by "can't send anything with a .com or .ca" ? Do you mean in the message body??

Correct, in the message body sending to a phone number

It appears the issue was on Flowroutes end. I called their tech support and someone intelligent, well versed in their systems and in North American answered right away. They had it corrected in short order.
