We have some issues with sending emails to external mail-addresses.
The best example is the webmeeting, i read something about this issue, but can't find the exact problem.
We use our own Mailserver (network intern / Univention), which works good without username and password, so i read somewhere in the forum that maybe it doesn't work without authentfication.
So next step was to use a user and password which is also used on other servers to auth. against the smtp.
But then this error occurred:

Maybe any ideas?
License is a "professional perpetual license"
