Solved SMTP Issue?

I am running 3cx v16 and using the 3cx smtp services. I have noticed that it will not send to any address with a - or an _ in it. Is this by design or a bug?
Ex. [email protected] will receive normal email but wont get anything from 3cx smtp. If i change it to a new mailbox and name it [email protected] it receives normal emails as well as mail from the 3cx smtp server.

So our email domain has a hyphen in it and we received emails just fine to it. We aren't using 3CX SMTP anymore but I just changed to 3CX SMTP to test and it worked fine. If at some point an email bounced to a particular address Sendgrid will blacklist it for a week but other than that, there should be no issues.

@mgroom can you PM me with the email or emails that have the issue to check in our bounce list ?
Keep in mind that if you setup a new extension and you add the email on the General tab of the extension but the email actually does not exist then this email address gets bounced.
