SN 4316 Custom Config Line Failure

So I have provisioned a Patton SN 4316 FXS device with a custom template to support 16 lines. These go to an analog 66 block. I have 3 of these devices setup on my system and they are working fine with the exception of FXS port 7. On all 3 devices and 66 blocks I get dial tone on port 7, but calls out fail and calls in ring busy. 3CX activity log shows a 487 request cancelled for these failed calls. I have tried bypassing port 7 and just leaving it empty, but then the same error begins occurring on port 6. I have attached the template I'm using for the devices. Again, this issue is occurring across all 3 SN 4316 devices.

If you are feeling adventurous then you can run and debug this fairly easily in the gateway itself. Feel free to send over if you want me to take a look.

Simply run a trace from the Patton to understand what is going on:

For FXS/FAX it should be:

enable
show running‐config
debug call‐router
debug call‐control
debug fxs
debug ccfxs
debug context sip‐gateway signaling detail 5
debug context sip‐gateway transport detail 5
debug context sip‐gateway error

I believe my template is also current also, you may want to load it onto yours and see if you have the same results. Failing that as per @cobaltit says Patton support will assist, they are normally pretty helpful.

@Drew9213 how are you getting on with this one, to confirm I have confirmed the template I sent you recently with v16 3CX and all is working OK.

Have you tried substituting the faulty gateway with one of the working ones (full reset and load from other site) to see if the issue moves with the unit? Doing so at at time both sites are closed, of course. This would confirm that the gateway is at fault.
