SNOM 300 and TRANSFER button not working

Hi everyone, i have a problem with privisioning of my snom 300 phones:

With firmware 7.3 the function keys (directory,redial,transfer and mute) don't have their function, and they do nothing. How can i reenable their original function? At the moment those phones are unable to transfer calls...
