snom 300 provisioning failure

hi guys

im having some issues with auto provisioning phones

internally inside the network it works fine when i provision from the web interface but when i type to provisioning url into the phones advanced section for remote provisioning the phone doesnt provision any ideas how to fix

also when i access the provisioning url it gives me a 403 error

any help is very much appreciated

When you are entering the provisioning URL are you also entering /cfg{mac} after the URL ? http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-300-320-360-370/
