In the past, using firmware 7.1.30, from time to time we were experiencing problems in some extensions: 3CX could not call that extension.
We were blaming 3CX, and we used to solve the problem by deleting the extension, and re-creating it.
Since we upgraded Snom firmware to 7.1.33 these problems have gone away (I cross my fingers).
