SNOM 360 and 3CX

Hi All

I'm very impressed with 3CX and have just set up a small system at our office. I am using SNOM 360 phones and hve a couple of questions which I'd like to ask.

1. Can i set lines on the SNOM phone to show line / extension status?

2. I have set up a PSTN line and a VOIP line - is there any way to indicate on the phones which line is being called - i.e show the Line ID as well as the number calling?

I don't know your phone but I think you should explore 3cx Call Assistant.
It can all of you mentioned.
