Snom 870 Button configuration

Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can help, one of my customers has gone for the Snom 870 handsets. (80 handsets)

- The receptionists would like a call park option in case they have to queue calls.
- All other users want a button to pick calls with in there department.

I am using the phone provisioning under each extension for this;

Call Park = Share Parking - Shared park extension 0
Pickup = Custom Speed Dial - *20*2001 (2001 being the department ring group)

My customer has asked the button display text can it be change to display;

Park instead of SP0
Pickup instead of *20*2001

Have remoted to the phone you can change the text but when the phone is rebooted it reverts back because the config file is reloaded.

Anyone got any ideas?

i don't understand completely your request.

I think the simply way are to change a provisioning file for your snom phone.
