Snom A190: No DTMF / Hold

I changed my Headset to a Snom A190 @ M700.
Today i got very angry as i had to find out, that DTMF does not work any more.

Neither the Windows, nor the Webclient was able to accept my DTMFCommands.

So, how am i supposed to dial in DTMF tones?

Also some other functions, like "Hold" seem to be greyed out as well, i guess that this problem has a related origin.

Are you talking about being unable to use DTMF after a call has been established? If so....is this issue only on outside calls? Can you retrieve 3CX voicemail? If so, what type of trunking are you using?

My first guess, would be the use of an incompatible DTMF Method, set in the phone.

Yes. I cannot use DTMF after a call has been established.
It does not matter if internal or external call.
DTMF Method in M700 is set to "SIPINFO". But i tried the other 2 options already.
