Hi,

I am using the latest V9 3CX and numerous SNOM 320 phones with different 7/8 firmwares.

When I pick-up a call from a SNOM by dialing *20*<EXT> <OK> I get the call. But the display still reads *20*<EXT> and NOT the Caller-ID of the caller. Same with pushing BLF button.

Any idea how to solve this?

Thanks,

Jan

I'm using an Aastra 6753i and have same issue.

Doesn't work in our environment either. We use Snom 821.

Re-invite setting/issue?

I had Supports Re-Invite/Support 'Replaces' header enabled on the handset that put the call on hold - but not on the one picking it up. Both have same settings and now it works for Global Parks. For *20*<ext> it got the caller id, but not the name.
strange - I'd expect it to work the same on both.

Having same issue with 3CX 12 and Yealink phones. Turned Support Re-invite and Support Replace Header on for extension making call, extension receiving call and extension picking up call as test, but display still says *20*.

Thanks.

Did anyone get to the bottom of this?
