Snom D120 provisioning problems on 3CX v18 update 6

Hello, I'm trying to provisioning new Snom D120 (hardware v2) phone with no success.
It works setting up manually but it's not working the provisioning function.

1. My setup:
   • 3CX Version, Standard18 update 6
   • Server OS Debian 10
   • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? On-premises
   • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Snom D120 v2 version 10.1.54.24
   • Provisioning Method: Local
   • Trunk Provider Messagenet (IT)
   • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
   • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

3CX Error (I see this after manual setup): Firmware not supported 10.1.54.24

I can't downgrade the phone firmware because this is the new V2 hardware released 2-3 month ago and this is the firmware with which the phone leaves the factory.
Can i bypass this firmware check? Can I use a workaround? Can you help me to provision this phone?

Hi Matt,

You cannot bypass the firmware check. Snom has not provided us with the new firmware so you might want to contact them directly.

We are not aware whether this version model is compatible with 3CX, it has never been tested.
