Solved Snom D385 BLF over VPN

Hi all,

I have tried searching the forums for an answer to this but my 2 key words are too short!!

When connecting one of my D385 phones over a VPN the phone registers ok the BLF lights aren't coming on and the Background image doesn't show up.

Is this a limitation of the VPN?

I have now solved this and got the phone to provision correctly over the VPN with the BLF working correctly.

i found there was some conflicting load balancing settings in my router that was stopping the VPN functioning correctly.
