I have 1 D385 in a remote location which I can't provision at all. The remote location has a SBC running, tried to assign the phone (visible under phones) to an exisiting extension, point to the SBC under provisioning, reboot the phone and it comes upt with "select language" then select extension then select registrar and then asks for the sip password. It should provision automatically.
Ok, full factory reset and now tried with Direct SIP (Stun-remote), log shows: RPS request for Snom D385 IP Phone of test (161) delivered successfully
Reboot the phone.. still the language, ext, registrar server and sip password request.
Any idea why it won't use SBC or RPS? checked the snom webinterface and in both cases it shows the provisioning link as: https://xxx.yyy.zzz:5001/rps/cfg{mac}
added the one from the 3cx management console, apply, reboot -> same issue..
any help would be appreciated.
