I'm hoping someone will be able to help. We have some SNOM D385 phones that just will not auto-provision. I have followed this guide but they will not connect. I can see them coming up in 3CX on the phones page, via the SBC, and have tried provisioning them that way, as well as copying the provisioning URL and putting it into the phone. I can manually provision the phone but I do not want to have to do this as there are quite a number to do.
The phones are on firmware 10.1.169.13 as well as the latest 10.1.175.0 and both are having issues. I haven't used SNOM phones not that much so if anyone knows some tricks with them it would be greatly appreciated.
